2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and agreements concluded with Tiny House Heavens. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
3. Quotes and prices
All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may change in the event of specification or material cost changes.
4. Orders and agreements
An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by Tiny House Heavens and receipt of the agreed deposit. The deposit amounts to a minimum of 30% of the total amount, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Tiny House Heavens endeavours to deliver within the stated timeframe. Delays due to force majeure, changes to the order or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Tiny House Heavens until full payment of all amounts due, including any interest and costs.
7. Warranty
Tiny House Heavens provides a warranty on the construction in accordance with legal provisions. Defects must be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance or external factors.
8. Liability
The liability of Tiny House Heavens is limited to the amount of the agreement. Indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits will not be compensated.
9. Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the customer after order confirmation, a cancellation fee of at least 30% of the total amount is due, to cover costs already incurred and lost profits.
10. Disputes
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district of Antwerp.
